# DTV approved in Hanoi

Applied for DTV workation as an employee (U.S.A.-registered company) on January 27 (10:15 a.m.). I hold a U.S.A. passport. All of my PDF uploads had a cover letter and glossary. I began working for this company in Oct. 2025 and did not upload pay stubs; I only highlighted the deposits in my bank statements. I included 6 months of bank statements and held over ΰΈΏ500k for all statements.

I received a request for additional documentation for the company's business registration on January 28 (9:15 a.m.). I sent the documents over an hour later, and by 12 p.m. the same day, I was pending approval.

I received my official approval email on February 5th at 5:50 p.m. for a total of 10 days.

Thank you to everyone in this group for all the helpful reports and advice!! See you guys in the Land of Smiles πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡

PRINT OUT THE EMAIL THAT HAS YOUR DTV VISA.

That's what you should do... print it out.

You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight ✈️ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.

Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.
