What are the requirements for entering Thailand as a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) holder for the first time?

Entered thru Chiang Mai, first time DTV
A woman checked my passport and printed DTV, she got a bit confused and then said something the DTV pointing to the officers.

Then took my docs and told me to go check, as it was my first entrance with DTV. They set me aside but just to a table where I had to sign up a format, that I never heard about! Will add picture.

And they asked me to show my bank statement on my app, to see it’s more than 500,000thb plus my address in Chiang Mai.

Just curious did anybody went thru this for the first time?

Officers were friendly all throughout tho, and some smiling with me saying: “DTV, nice! Long stay, krub”

Yes I had this form in Phuket , they said they were checking every DTV holder.  Asked for payslips. They can’t be checking everyone as we’d have more reports on here , people still think it’s fairy tales.

I laminated mine as well. I’ve been in another country nine times and have never been asked to show funds. But they are checking people a lot lately.

When I entered my first time last year in CNX they did this. But they didn't ask to see the 500k baht. They just asked to see the 20k baht required for tourist entry.

On the form it says 'Amount of financial means according to section 12(9) of the immigration Act 2522'.

In that case they were only checking that you have 20,000 baht of funds, not 500,000.
