Can anyone just clarify what I would need being a director of a LTD company to apply for the DTV

Photo

Proof of funds (personal or business account)?

Certificate of incorporation

Corporation tax return/bill

Proof of location at time of application

Is the above correct or anything I’m missing or got wrong?

Many thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) as a director of a limited company, you will need several documents including proof of funds (personal or business account), a certificate of incorporation for your company, and a corporation tax return. Additionally, you should include a letter from yourself, stating you can work remotely from Thailand without engaging with local businesses. It is suggested to also provide your portfolio as part of your application.

Being a Director is irrelevant. You need to work remotely for company with a contract that shows you can do so remotely. But as you're a director perhaps you could write such a contract?

Letter from Director ie yourself to Employer ie yourself stating you can work remotely and specifically from Thailand. State your duties and that you will not be working with Thais or Thai organisations. Seems to be what others have put.
