Hi can any one tell me which form to download for a retirement visa I have got a 3 month o visa and need to change to a retirement visa thanks

is correct. Use TM7, 1900 Baht, and the financial requirement: 800,000 Baht in Thai Bank (seeded for at least 2 months prior to applying for Extension).

The forms are available at the immigration office. It's the same TM7 form for every type of extension.

And you're not changing to any type of visa. You're applying for an extension of your existing non-O visa based on retirement.
