Hello, I have to renew my retirement visa that expire in april in phuket , same things needed for first time? Bank account with letter of Bank and copy of book and original, contract of house, and may be picture in front of house?

Same requirements (every year). Remember though the first year the money in the bank only needs to be seasoned for 60 days but every year after that it has to be in the bank for 3 months.

I don't know about the picture (unless that's a Phuket thing).

, are you are confusing an extension of stay based on marriage which requires photos of the wedding, you two standing in front of your house numbers and a few of you two inside the house with an extension based on retirement which requires no photos?
