What should I do if my Non-O retirement visa extension was rejected due to missing condo title/deed?

I went to Chaeng Watthana to extend my Non-O for retirement last week, but was rejected because I didn't have a copy of the title/deed to the condo I'm renting.  

The owner of the condo believes that a registered TM-30 is sufficient and does not want to provide a copy of the title / deed.

I'm at a loss for what to do.

Any insight or suggestions?

Booking dot com to find a hotel room, than walk around to hire a car/motorbike if you have license, if not use taxi.

Drive around and see what is for rent, call the number and talk.
