A few questions:

1) can anyone link the website to make an appointment for the visa exemption extension?  

2) has the location changed from the office near the impact shopping mall?

3) if my visa expires on the 13th can I renew my exemption on the 13th or must I go a day before?

In Bangkok you can go to get an extension when you have 45 days or less left on your current stamp.

I don't see appointments available for visa exempt extensions, only tourist visa extensions. As stated above, appointments are optional, correct?

just go and queue up, appointments aren't mandatory

People report they are not as busy at all right after they open again from lunch at 1PM..

Why wait? The 30 days extension of stay is ADDED to your current ending date... which is the last day you are allowed to legally be in Thailand

Don't even think about being on OVERSTAY !
