TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a DTV (Non-Immigrant Visa for Medical Purposes) in Thailand based on dental work such as implants, you'll need to provide a treatment plan from your dentist. This plan should include a schedule detailing at least six months of required appointments and the dentist's credentials. It's also advisable to ensure that your documents are stamped for authenticity.
