My friend is having trouble getting approved for tourist visa. Last one had no reason whereas before was paperwork. What would this mean?

Ok so come in and get 45 days visa exempt then go to the local immigration office and extend for another 30 days.
yeah now that really good , Croatia and Malta are the only countries insade EU need visa for Thailand🤨!
Dont know the reason , can be small country , but at other hand Slovenia is even smaller and also dont need visa , same like Croatia dont have ambasador in Thailand! no clue hope after new year will be part of schengen space maybe then somthing change!
