TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus in the comments is that you cannot extend your tourist visa in Thailand for an additional month after already extending it once. The only option to stay longer would be to leave the country and potentially return with a new visa. Specifically, the commenters mention doing land border runs (up to two per calendar year) or obtaining a 60-day SETV that can be extended for an additional 30 days.

No…you will have to depart Thailand

You can do 2 land border runs per calendar year (01 Jan - 31 Dec) which can be extended for 30 days at your local immigration office for a cost of ฿1,900

There is no official limit on Air ins, however eventually you will be questioned by an overzealous immigration office…. All arrivals can be extended for 30 days at your local immigration office for a cost of ฿1,900

You can purchase a 60 day SETV at a Thai consulate/embassy in a foreign country…the Consulate in in Savenkhet Laos is the closest and easiest one in the region to get to… there are many visa run services that go there on a daily basis if in Bangkok checkout Thaivisaservice……….com that departs from the Big C at BTS station On Nut…the 60 day SETV can be extended for 30 days at your local immigration office for ฿1,900 giving you 90 days in country

FYI if you buy the visa and do a land border crossing the crossing does not count against your 2 land border crossings per calendar year (01 Jan - 31 Dec)

Good luck

you can just do a border run.

Or better to go to any nearby country like laos and apply 60 days tourist visa at thai consulate.
