90 day reporting query for DTV

Hi all - I have a question:

I will be in Thailand soon, and staying only 72 days. Then I will re-enter Thailand 38 days after.

What does this mean for reporting? Is it based on 90 days staying in the kingdom without leaving? Or 90 in total using the Visa?

Thanks all!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting requirement in Thailand is based on a continuous stay of 90 days within the country. If you leave Thailand before reaching 90 days, you do not need to report, and the reporting requirement resets each time you re-enter the country.

It’s to report 90 consecutive days in Thailand. If you leave prior to that the requirement to report ceases when you leave. The “clock” starts again at day one when you enter.

You do not need to report. Only applicable for continuous 90 day stay. Resets every time you enter Thailand.
