Any tips for getting a residency certificate at Promenada? Are they open M-F? I need to get my Thai driving and motorbike license this coming week (I have both valid endorsements on my American license now).

TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a residency certificate at Promenada, it is important to note that the process may take time. You can expect a delay of up to two weeks if you go through the immigration office for the certificate at no cost. Alternatively, some agencies at Promenada may expedite the process for a fee. As for their operating hours, it is advisable to check directly for more accurate information.

You aren't gonna get a residency certificate this week unless you pay one of those agencies in the Promenada to get one for you. To get it for free from the immigration office takes 2 weeks. :/

Thank you, Tod. I read the rate is about 500 Baht for next day processing. I may do that and save myself the delay :)
