An update on transferring stamps to new passport for Thai wife extensions at KORAT immigration. Wife must attend, photocopy all pages of old passport and photocopy picture page of new passport. First do new TM30, separate building. It's not possible to do TM30 with new passport online. Then normal building for transfer of stamps. ! I hope this makes sense.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To transfer immigration stamps to a new passport for wife extensions at Korat immigration, the wife must be present and should photocopy all pages of the old passport plus the picture page of the new passport. The process begins with submitting a new TM30 form at a separate building; note that it cannot be done online with the new passport. Afterwards, go to the regular building to transfer stamps.

I am guessing you’re confusing some things. I really doubt a TM30 can’t be done with the new passport online. There isn’t any restriction. You’re probably confusing it with the 90 day

remember people this is ONLY for Korat, and has nothing to do with any other immigration office.

You can indeed file a new TM30 online via the web-portal with a new passport there's no issue at all doing that

You can't do a 90 day report online with the new passport until you do one in person though
