TLDR : Answer Summary
The new Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand is valid for 5 years and requires proof of income from abroad. Visa holders must leave the country every 180 days unless they apply for an extension. There appears to be no cooling-off period when returning to Thailand after exiting.
