I need to get a 90 day Non-O Visa for an upcoming trip. How many months bank statements do you need to submit to show you have the proper income for the visa? Do you need to also get a letter from your CPA to submit with that? Will it also helped to submit bank statement showing cash on hand in addition or are the statements showing the income enough? Thanks in advance for your help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a 90-day Non-O Visa for Thailand, you typically need to provide three months of bank statements showing a minimum income equivalent to 65,000 baht per month or a lump sum of 800,000 baht. It is not universally required to submit a letter from a CPA, but some expats suggest it can be helpful. Additionally, while showing cash on hand is not required, having a healthy balance may support your application if needed.

If you can be bothered nipping over to Laos when you arrive with a visa exempt stamp, it’s 2000 baht at Vientiane consulate,
*****
baht must be deposited last 3 months total in your native bank account , passport, a recent photo and proof you are staying in Laos, a rental agreement is needed really, minimum 1 month, sure you can sort that, then it’s 2000 baht cash paid at the window at Thai embassy with a print off of your barcode that you get once you finished application on Thai visa website

I thought a non-O visa was for a year. A E-visa on non-O base is 90 days.

However, if you reside in Florida, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Thai Embassy in Washington, D.C., their specific requirements are somewhat stricter.

$2500 a month/$30,000 lump sum.

Non-O (retirement) requires a deposit of 800,000 baht or equivalent in local bank (local consulate publishes the figure and defines how many months of statements required with this amount not to dip below the required amount). Income is not requited, your age is. No criminal record check or health insurance required.

Up to you. Generally either three months of bank statements showing a minimum equivalent of 65,000 baht per month, or a lump sum equivalent of 800,000 baht
