ORIGINAL POSTER
I went to CW today to extend my TR60 (age of 70+, US citizen) once again using a COVID 60 day extension (for the 5th time or so). The usual forms and copies of passport and all stamps were submitted and once again the TM30 was not required (which I had with me just in case). I did have to do a 90 day report for the first time and the form was provided on the spot.

In and out in half an hour. Counter J was not crowded at all but other ones were packed.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A US citizen over 70 extended their TR60 visa for the fifth time using a COVID extension. They submitted the usual forms and copies of their passport. Notably, the TM30 form was not required, and they completed a 90-day report for the first time, efficiently finishing the process in half an hour.
