Can anyone clarify the non-imm O visa? Once you have it are all of these valid to be extended for a 1 year period? Or is there a restriction? Looking to extend a no-imm O visa in Koh Samui. Thanks in advance π

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-Immigrant O visa can be extended for one year, provided that applicants meet the requirements specific to the reason they obtained the visa. However, if an individual cannot meet the document criteria necessary for a long-term extension, they may be required to apply for a new 90-day Non-Immigrant visa periodically, depending on their circumstances, such as employment or marital status.

The extension she would get would only be able to be gotten because she's married to a foreigner who is on a legal long term extension.
Seeing as you said your employer cannot meet the document criteria to get you a year-long extension that means your wife cannot get one either because hers would have been "piggy-backing" on yours.
Looks like you BOTH go get new 90 day Non-Immigrant Type visas every 3 months then; you based on employment and hers based on marriage to you.
Then you get ahold of your employer and they supply you with documents along with the marriage certificates and the relevant pages from your passport so she can get a yearly extension that matches yours from the immigration office you get your extension at
