TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirements for a retirement visa in Thailand for individuals over 50 can be complex and may vary by immigration office. It's recommended to check with your local immigration office for a specific list of requirements. Additionally, spouses may apply for a "piggyback" extension that corresponds to the retirement visa. All family members will need their own visas as well.
