Hi, can you confirm that 500k baht can be maintained for 6 months in Hanoi? Or can it be approved even if 500k baht is maintained for only 3 months?

the 500k was in my account for only the last month of bank statements however i provided 6 months of statements - it seems for softpower applications maybe they are more leniant with how long the money has been in your account here in hanoi?

What gym documents did they ask you for?

ORIGINAL POSTER
@Klaus *****
the gym you apply through will provide you with documents stating they are registered within thailand and that you have paid a deposit or in full for the intended duration of training for the visa they will sign it and provide copies of their id

PRINT OUT THE EMAIL THAT HAS YOUR DTV VISA.

That's what you should do... print it out.

You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight ✈️ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.

Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.

Why hotel booking confirmation? I did not know they were requested that. I'm planning on travelling during the waiting time ... So one hotel every day

i seen that others were doing it to use as proof of current location with the vietnam entry stamp i do not think its a neccessity but helps to show that your not just going to try get straight back into thailand whilst you wait for the visa

Got mine today from Hanoi, submitted everything on Sunday. Was asked for a photo of the Vietnam immigration stamp again on Tuesday. Got the visa approved today. Flew back to Don muang tonight and went through with no problems. They didn't even check the TDAC.

What muay thai gym? Did they help you with the application? If so what was the total cost with membership?

Hanoi seems to be the best place at the moment for processing time and few complications.
