Good afternoon. I went to my local immigration office last week to ask for a checklist to renew my O-A visa. The officer was very unhelpful and would only tell me "It has changed...". When I asked him what the changes were, he got angry and shouted "It has changed". I persisted with asking what the changes were, and the officer got dismissive with a "It has changed - go away".
I don't know why the officer adopted the attitude that he did - I was, as always, very polite. Maybe he didn't understand my English, or maybe he didn't know what it was that I was after.
My question, therefore, is does anyone have recent experience of renewing an O-A visa, and what were the requirements (and is health insurance still a requirement)?
