Tod, Robert and the wise men. Any feedback or information on applying for a Non B in Phnom Phen, I.E are their requirements normal and/or are they easier or more lenient on certain things? Weighing up between there and Savannakhet. Many thanks for your input

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the process of applying for a Non-B visa in Phnom Penh, specifically asking if the requirements are consistent and whether the application process is more lenient compared to Savannakhet. A comment mentions that obtaining your passport back in Phnom Penh takes an extra day and that payment must be made with new-looking US dollar bills.

Phnom Phen takes one day longer to get your passport back and you need to pay in new looking us dollar bills.

Savannaket is 2 working days, Phnom Phen one day longer, makes it 3 working days.

So two working days and flash US dollars, otherwise pretty much the same. Thanks as always
