Hello, We are 2 french friends and we are actually in Cambodge ( in Sihanoukville ewactly). We wanted to know things about E-visa for Thaïlande.

How long does it take to have the e-visa ? ( Processing time for French)

Is it possible to have the exemption of visa (30 days) if we go to the border on Bus (Poipet) ?

The E-visa is accepted at the land border ?

Thank you for the help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Two French friends in Cambodia inquired about obtaining an e-visa for Thailand, including processing times and border entry options. They wanted to know if they could receive the visa on arrival at land borders, specifically Poipet, and if a visa exemption of 30 days was applicable. A comment suggested that e-visas may not be available in Cambodia and confirmed that French citizens can enter Thailand visa-exempt for 30 days at border or airport entries.

I don’t believe the evisa is available from Cambodia. As a French national you can enter visa exempt for 30 days at a land border or airport.
