Good morning. I have been waiting for documents from the US for months so that I can marry. I came in to Thailand with what I thought was a 90, which turns out to be 60 with 30 day extension option, so I had an over stay of 11 days. I went to Samui and got my extension and the stamped me with an overstay and I paid the fine. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and stay extensively. I’ve never over stayed. My papers are finally here and I have an appointment at the US embassy on the 25 of July. We will marry on the 26th.
But, I must make a boarder run to Malaysia the 12th or I’ll be expired again. I have only made one border run in 3 years and it was in January. It seems they are really cracking down. Does any one see potential problems with entry?
Thank so much!
