There are two extremely cheap options.

FWD (cheap in general)

Or world trips (you can bump the deductible up to $5,000 USD, and lower the premium to $50k USD). This will be cheaper than FWD for short term trips.

Please note that these are some of the worst policies, and should only be used if all you are looking for is to meet the bare minimum requirements.

Both providers will email you the policies within 30 minutes, and are commonly used for Thailand Pass applications.
