Please help- looking for advice regarding the travel insurance as I’m just doing a visa run to thailand. What is the most cost effective option?

There are two extremely cheap options.

FWD (cheap in general)

Or world trips (you can bump the deductible up to $5,000 USD, and lower the premium to $50k USD). This will be cheaper than FWD for short term trips.
