Hi, i’ve seen a good flight ticket going to Tapei. But i discovered there is a stop in Seoul. Which of these two places is easier (time, no boring, live cost waiting) to apply for DTV (for the ones who did it) ?

You can't apply from Seoul. For residents only, not those on a tourist visa. Taipei will be easiest. It's cheaper and warmer too
