To complete your 90-day report in Thailand, you should first ensure that a TM30 has been filed for your residence. Then, visit your local immigration office with your passport. Bring copies of your TM30, passport bio data page, visa, and entry stamp. At the immigration office, fill out the TM47 form, which is necessary for the report. It’s also possible to make copies at the office if needed. Furthermore, if you leave Thailand before the 90-day report is due, you will need to make the report, as it does not reset upon re-entry.

Do we need to do. 90 day report if we leave the country before hand? Just wondering if this reset when we come back into Thailand thanks 🙏
Bring copies of your tm30 passport bio data, stamp and visa. Fill out the tm47 at immigration and you're good to go. You can usually make copies at the immigration office.
