TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, Don Mueang Airport (DMK) has a re-entry permit desk that is open 24 hours. It is located behind passport control. If the desk is unmanned when you arrive, you can ask a Thai immigration officer for assistance to have it opened. It is advisable to inform the officer at passport control that you need a re-entry permit to receive directions.

At DMK, re-entry permit desks are behind passport control. Tell to the officer at passport control that you need a re-entry permit, when you are stamped out. You will be given directions.

Always open. Ask immigration staff if there is no one at the desk.
