TLDR : Answer Summary
The entry rules for Thailand effective July 1st appear to allow entry without mandatory testing, but this remains ambiguous. Discussions highlight that airlines will check for vaccination documentation or a negative COVID test, and non-compliance may lead to boarding denial. It's suggested to consult official sources and airlines for clarity, as requirements can vary based on individual airline policies.
I didn't say anything about the Thai Pass. I said the airlines will be checking to see if you have vaccine or Covid test. Which is exactly the same thing that the screenshot you show says is required.
