Everything here is upside down the best advise is ask embassy in your country then watch and wait for Thailand to stabilize vaccinate etc. Right now I have friend with Thai wife and child in USA just now being able to come home from this horrible virus. Also there is probably a Greek marriage/BF/Vacation website Thai's helping Thais, My Thai wife got lots of info on one before coming to states and Schengan will have tons chat rooms for Thai girls....this will help her feel more secure and keep the dream alive,

 Not sure what vaccines have got to do with it. The UK, for example, is all over the place and jabbing has been going on since December. Best to keep it sensible and consult governmental agencies, then once info has been collated just pop back here to see what others think in general. Aligning plans to vaccines is like stating you are going to start dish washing with the next 1000th year shooting star.

 Bill Gates has a contract to deliver multiple variants by the year 2023 so its going to be a long pandemic. His also thinking of doing a deal with Uber Eats by paying WHO to claim warmer parts of peoples homes will amplify SARS-CoV-2 making food preparation more risky with greater viral transmissibility . They are going to call this one the kitchen variant. You heard it here first.

 what exactly do you think the point of an advice group is, if not for people to ask questions and get a response? There may be other Greeks with Thai girlfriends who have actually gone through this and can help him, indeed there seems to be one at least already.

What are the current EU or local government requirements for entry? Visit the Greek immigrations website to see what she will need. Make sure she has her documents and whatever the airline requires for travel and you should be good to go.
