Anyone knows, for the new DTV. Does having your own online shop count? Register company in my home country. Since I can work remotely.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The new DTV visa appears to support digital nomads seeking to operate their businesses remotely. Several commenters suggest that running your own online shop, particularly if registered in your home country, would comply with the visa's intent. However, there are considerations regarding the nature of the business and its legitimacy, with some expressing concern about potential loopholes.

Can all online shops be operated remotely. Depends what you are selling. Let's see if there is abuse of the system when suddenly everyone is drop shipping merch for their YouTube channels that have 5 subscribers.

you need to show some sort of contract or payslips/bank statement so I don’t think this would work

I'm personally not interested in this working or not. Just expecting a lot of fake businesses to pop up.

Seem to be the intent of the visa to encourage digital nomads who work remotely so I have to assume that would meet the visa conditions

can’t say for sure but probably yes as this is the base intention of the visa.
