Hi I'm currently living and working in vietnam until June. Then I want to go traveling to Thailand for two months. Can I get the visa in Hanoi before I travel, do this in one day. Passport and photos... Anything else I need to know... Thanks in advance..

You turn in your application one day in the morning and pick it up the next afternoon. They ONLY take US dollars for the visa fees.

Meet the requirements on the thai consulate's website in Hanoi and you'll get the visa, don't meet them and you won't. :O
