Can someone enlighten me with non-immigrant B visa?

In which case we have to bounce every 90 days, or report to immigration?

My current visa is expiring soon, and as a new company we still don’t have 4 thai staff (seems like minimum wage has to be 9,600b monthly)

Can I still get another non B visa and under which conditions?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-Immigrant B visa is typically required for foreigners who want to work in Thailand. It usually necessitates compliance with specific conditions regarding employment and staffing. Holders of this visa may be required to report to immigration every 90 days, especially if they are not applying for an extension or renewal. The poster's current visa is expiring, and they are concerned about the staffing requirement of hiring at least four Thai nationals at a specified salary level. To apply for another Non-B visa, they would need to meet the necessary conditions, which might include fulfilling the staffing criterion or possibly exploring other visa options.
