TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses a Brazilian expat who has been in Thailand since March 2020 and applied for a COVID-19 visa extension, receiving an under consideration stamp at the Chiang Mai immigration office. The expat mentions that no flight ticket was required, only the normal forms. A comment highlights that bilateral agreements are an approved option for a 60-day extension of stay for individuals unable to travel due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Thank you for the update. Remember, Bilateral Agreements are one of the "approved" 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 countries
