TLDR : Answer Summary
You cannot automatically get a 60-day extension after your NON-IMM O visa expires. The possibility of an extension depends on the reason for your visa and current immigration rules. Generally, if you are in good standing and can justify your need to remain, you may apply for an extension, but current regulations indicate that the likelihood of approval is low, especially given recent rules.

It depends on why you got your non o, you might be legit to a 60 day Extension of Stay based on visiting family.

the new regulations only apply to the 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19. It did not change the 60 day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family

Under the current rule, the answer would be No. Keep watching the news for possibilities. You can try applying for one if you want. The worst case would be a No from IO and you get 7days-to-leave the country.
