Hi! If I exit Thailand and enter again on the same visa with a re-entry permit, will my 90-day report be reset, and if so what day counts as Day 1?

The day you enter the country is always "Day 1", doesn't matter what time you enter.

Yes it will restart your 90 day report. But if that's the only reason you want to do it, it doesn't really make much sense. You're going to spend more money leaving and returning than the fine you'd pay for an overdue 90 day report that you can just file online.

I'll have to look into thr process and how it works, everywhere on the internet has only mentioned border runs
