Are there any recommended agents for getting a SETV in Hanoi? (fed up of waiting in queues now) What are the current requirements please? As I understand its proof of onward flight and bank statement, is that all?

I'm not sure to be honest as I own my condo so I just showed documents as proof of ownership. You could try emailing them to ask.

I was there last week. They require proof of travel in AND out of Thailand, proof of accommodation and you could be asked to show 20k baht (I wasn't). It was very easy though, I didn't wait at all and the staff were nice. An agent is not necessary.
