Hi, just thought I would give a bit of feedback on obtaining an SETV from Vientiane. Had all the required documents. I thought I had to have 20,000 baht cash, which I had, but they only wanted bank statements. Luckily I still had enough money in my account. To print bank statements at the Embassy they charge 50 baht to use their WIFI and 80 baht for each page you print out. Good luck :)
