Chonburi Immigration (Jomtien) – Retirement Visa (Non-O) Extension

Hi everyone, I am preparing my documents for a Non-O Retirement Visa Extension at Chonburi (Jomtien) Immigration. Do I currently need to provide a printed color Google Map of my condo and printed photos of myself (inside the condo, by the unit number, and outside the building sign)? Or is a valid TM.30 receipt enough for proof of address?

Thanks in advance!
Answer summary
The requirements for a Non-O Retirement Visa Extension at Chonburi Immigration (Jomtien) may vary. Some users report that no printed maps or photos are needed, while others suggest it is safer to bring a hand-drawn map, GPS coordinates, and possibly a photo in front of your residence. It is advisable to check with the immigration office for a definitive list of requirements, as practices can change.

Instead of asking in Facebook, you could have visited the Immigration office and asked them for the handout list of all requirements needed

Did mine earlier this month. No map, photos or visit required at Jomtien.

Did it in April. The IO asked me to make a simple hand drawn map on a blank sheet while I was sitting at his station. Drew it referencing Google maps on my phone for street names.

30-45 sec, easy.

Take all with you... Photo with you front of your location (house number), map Google and GPS coordinates, map drawn by hand.

If not needed, it's ok.

Best to visit immigration and get a list of requirements. The only photo you should need is a passport sized one, but some offices won't accept a Google maps print out and want a hand drawn map

funny about the map. In Phuket for my non O based on retirement changing from a visa exempt admission they wanted a hand drawn map. Everything had to be submitted in duplicate as it goes to the division HQ for approval. So one copy Phuket sends and the other one they keep. For the one year extension of permission to stay in the Kingdom, a google map. The O also required a photo of me in front of my house number printed on an A4 sheet of paper in color. I used my color printer.
