TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses extending a visa in Thailand after having received a COVID-19 extension. It highlights that unlimited COVID extensions are available while the program continues, with application deadlines and uncertainty about its continuation. The final extension decision rests with immigration officers, so there could be no guarantees.

You can get unlimited Covid extensions as long as the program is still running.
Right now the last day to apply is January 25th. We won't know if they continue the program until probably the 20th at the earliest, more likely the 23rd or 24th.
With that said, the extension is at the discretion of the immigration officer so it's not guaranteed. But try before you resort to some other option.
there's no unlimited option. I just meant you can apply for as many as you want, there's nothing that says you can only ever receive 1 or 2. Each Covid extension is for 60 days. They extend the program 2 months at a time. So at the end the January if they renew it again, Covid extensions will be able to be applied for until the end of March.
