For those of you who use the Phuket Town office for 90 day reports and TM30 updates please note that the drive through has closed. This means that you have to go in to Room 101 to do these now.

This obviously increases the workload in that office so it gets busy.

You should try to use the online systems to speed up your reporting or updates or failing that use the satellite offices at Patong or Blue Tree which are traditionally much quieter than the main office.

You can also get extensions for tourist visa or visa exempt entries in these satellite offices.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The drive-through at the Phuket Town office for 90-day reports and TM30 updates has closed, necessitating in-person visits to Room 101. This has increased the office's workload, resulting in busier conditions. It's recommended to utilize online systems for reporting or visit quieter satellite offices in Patong or Blue Tree for extensions and updates.

I was there last week and the line of cars was amazing! To park my car took longer than the actual reason for my visit at a different office.

Is that the reason they’ve closed the drive through?
