I just did a 90 day reporting online for a family member and would like to know how many days that I have to wait for approval. Is it 7 days? What could be the soonest approval period?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The approval period for online 90-day reporting in Thailand can vary. Users reported waits from the same day to as long as 4 or 5 days, especially considering holidays may impact processing times.

This is my 1st time doing it online. Last time they advised me to do online..i just hope it goes through...
, what city are you in? and are you sure the immigration office in your area accepts online reporting? Some immigration offices won't accept it and don't participate in the online program.

Pending since 3 days. Should I just wait or take any action?

I'd maybe wait a little bit more. Tod mentioned above that he's waited up to 5 days before. Any longer and you could maybe call or check.
I have had them take as long as 4 or 5 days, and I have had them approved in the same day.
IF you just did it, and seeing as yesterday was a holiday I'd say give it a few days, checking it every day.

If the immigration office where you report accepts 90 day reporting online you should get an approval in a day or two (although yesterday was a holiday).
Go back to the program select the green choice, then select the passport information tab.
Enter it the DOB and the country. It will show if they report is still pending or approved
