Bee over 3 yrs since I’ve been outside Thailand. Flying out in a couple weeks, returning mid January.

I have my Covid shots records, have medical insurance here, currently on marriage visa, and will have reentry permit.

What are current entry requirements besides listed above?

TLDR : Answer Summary
As of now, there are no specific COVID-19 entry requirements for returning to Thailand, whether vaccinated or not. You will need your flight ticket, passport, and a relevant visa for your long-term stay. Additionally, each airline may have its own mask policy, so it's advisable to check and bring masks just in case. It seems the entry process has returned to pre-COVID norms.

Each airline has its own mask policy, so you may want to bring some for the flight.

I just came over on Korea air and they require masks during boarding and flight.

Back to pre covid requirements. Only flight tickets & passport needed. Plus any relevant visa for long term stay.

No covid specific entry requirements these days. Vaxxed or not, insured or not.
