I'm coming back to Thailand with retirement visa and single entery permit. What are other requirements needed? Medical insurance? Anything else?

If you are returning on a re-entry permit then you don't need anything else except your passport.

A Non-OA retirement visa requires insurance but a Non-O doesn't. Check the local Thai Embassy/Consulate website for what else will be required,
