TLDR : Answer Summary
Currently, to enter Thailand, you need to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours before your flight. It's important to also have a return ticket and ensure compliance with any local regulations as listed on your local immigration authority's website.
When I flew with Eva it was a copy of vaccine cert or a covid test 72hrs before flight and a ticket out of Thailand within my entry stamp, only passport and boarding pass was required in Thailand .
