I will visit Thailand next month by visit visa. 

I want to open a company for two share holders, and work permit for one member.

Do anyone tell me 

how much i have to spent? 

And if i get work permit then

May i have to give any monthly tax?

If has any tax then please tell me how much?

Your nationality ? Its not simple and its expensive.

What kind of business doing what in Thailand? For each work permit for a business you must employee 4 Thai employees. Plus pay set up legal and accouting fees quarterly and annually. Plus income taxes on the employee assuming 40,000 Thai baht monthly salary regardless of profit or loss.

since you are already planning on coming to Thailand for 30 days tourism visit I would strongly suggest you personally talk with many small restaurant owners to give you their personal advice and experiences about opening a cafe.
