TLDR : Answer Summary
The possibility of obtaining a work permit for a foreign airline worker in Thailand without the company being registered there is uncertain and depends on various factors. Key considerations include the nature of the job the individual will be performing in Thailand and whether the salary is paid from overseas or within Thailand.

Depends on way toomany things to give you an answer with such little information provided.

It depends on what the person is doing here as a job and wether or not they are paid their salary overseas or inside thailand.

.. if he quits working for your company and goes to work for them , then yes.. His employer is your company, not the airline, so your company needs to organize the correct visa.

...that is ok...Can the airline directly sponsor the staff for non B visa? As he need to get work permit or such kind of documents to stay and work.

If hes sent in by an offshore company and paid offshore it wont be an issue.

Garrett. Ok. As I said it all depends on the circumstances. Who pays him and where is the key

. You need to check if hes allowed to first. Many hands on occupations arent allowed for foreigners here. If hes being paid here then he will need to pay tax here too so a registered company here will most likely be needed..

In this case it's best to consult a lawyer or dept of labour here first. Too involved for facebook answers I think
