TLDR : Answer Summary
To translate a document to English, users have several options, including online tools like Google Translate and ChatGPT, or performing the translation themselves if they are fluent. For legal purposes, especially concerning visa applications, a notarized translation by a certified translator is often required. Costs for notarized translations can vary, with some users reporting around USD 15 per document. It's suggested to seek certified translators approved by Thai authorities for official documents.
I use Google translate to translate the documents into English and I submitted both the original version and the translated one

You need a Thai government notorized translator. They will have a certified stamp that is approved. You can use Google translate but notorized is better. What is your area people here will probably know one in your area.

Technically? Old fashion way, translate myself (assuming it is from my native language into English). Legally? You probably need a notary.
thanks, And then after translation I just write the translation under the original paper?

I did a notarized translation before apply the visa (Portuguese to English). I paid about USD 15 per document. You have to find somebody that can do it from your language to English.
