Question....

We are leaving Hua Hin April to go Vietnam to apply for DTV.

I've never been to Vietnam before and would like to go stay near the beach is there an area to go in Vietnam if I do have to go and visit the embassy?

Like is there more than one embassy than just Hanoi or am I ok just doing all online from within Vietnam?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is planning to travel from Hua Hin to Vietnam to apply for a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa). They seek advice on beach areas in Vietnam and information about embassy locations. Comments suggest Da Nang as a wonderful beach destination and clarify that the Ho Chi Minh City embassy covers central Vietnam, including Da Nang and Hoi An. They also mention that applications can be processed online and that one could apply at either embassy while traveling around Vietnam.

Hey lovely. We stayed in da Nang for a few months, it’s great with loads of beaches. My an or my khe are the main central ones. Look around those areas the streets called “an thuong..” da nang comes under the Ho Chi Minh embassy. we are doing a similar thing and have gotten some legal advice about applying for the dtv. Message me if you want :)

Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh covers different areas. You apply yo the one they cover. HCMC covered central down ie Danang, Hoi An etc. Once you apply to either location you can travel within Vietnam. For example you could fly to Hanoi and apply. Then travel down to Danang for My Khe Beach
