Hi all ☺️. i am planning my trip to Vietnam to apply for the DTV visa. Should i only consider Hanoi or there are other cities where i can go to do the same?

You can fly to Da Nang and make short trip to Hoi An while waiting. If you stay in South Vietnam, apply at HCM and Ha NOI for the North.
