I am planning to apply for a DTV dependent visa and would prefer a process without an interview.

May I kindly ask which country is currently more convenient and has a shorter waiting time?

Between Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi), Indonesia, and Laos, which option would you recommend based on recent experience?
